Eduardo Bilardello, head chef and owner began his culinary career in Sicily over 30 years ago! His Italian/West Coast style always amazes even the most particular of clients. His focus is on freshness, quality, and above all, flavour. His passion for cooking extends into a talent for teaching and sharing.
